The hull and deck are vacuum-infused in E-glass with a PVC foam core, reinforced by E-glass sandwich bulkheads and Dehler's proprietary Carbon Cage, a structural framework built into the bottom of the hull that distributes loads evenly across the structure. This construction method produces a remarkably stiff and lightweight hull with a total displacement of just 2.8 tons.
